These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by enymedia (“enymedia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Who you are ordering from
A8 Panda Restaurant uses technology services provided by enymedia for online ordering and SMS account verification. SMS messaging services for A8 Panda Restaurant are operated by enymedia.
When you place an order you are buying from the restaurant, not from a delivery platform or a marketplace.
A8 Panda Restaurant is responsible for your order, for all refunds and for customer service. enymedia provides the text messages that verify your phone number and does not sell food, take payments or issue refunds.

Placing an order
- An order is a request until the kitchen accepts it. The restaurant will tell you if something you chose is unavailable.
- Prices and waiting times shown at checkout are the ones that apply to that order. They can change between visits.
- Please tell the restaurant about allergies in the notes, and call the restaurant if it is serious — a kitchen this size cannot guarantee a dish has never touched an allergen.
- The restaurant may refuse or cancel an order, and will refund it, if it cannot reach you, the address is outside its delivery area, or it has reason to think the order is not genuine.
Paying
- Card details are handled by the restaurant's payment processor. This site never sees or stores your full card number.
- If you pay at the restaurant, the order is not paid for until you do.
- Tips go to the staff.
If something is wrong
Call the restaurant. Food that is wrong, missing or cold is something the restaurant would rather fix the same evening than argue about later, and a phone call reaches the kitchen while your order is still in front of it. All refunds are made by A8 Panda Restaurant.

SMS Messaging
By opting in to SMS messaging from enymedia, you agree to receive account verification and authentication messages at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your account
- Keep your password to yourself. Tell the restaurant if you think somebody else has it.
- One account per person, with details that are actually yours — the phone number on an account is how the restaurant reaches you about an order.
- You can ask the restaurant to close your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your details.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top. The terms that apply to an order are the ones published when you placed it.
